Engineer left case open - can't open new support case office365

I have an office365 subscription.  I've opened a case the other day.  They responded by email and said they'd close the case.    The problem is they didn't close the case.  I asked them to close it yesterday and it still isn't closed.  With a pending case in office365 my interface does not give me an option to open a new case under support.   This is a catch 22 - I can't do anything until the case is closed.


IS there a phone number for office365 support I should use?
