Avatar animation when using seat tether

When using the seat tether in standard Mesh scenes, there are a number of random idle seated animations that play on the avatar. How can I reproduce this behavior in a custom Mesh scene?

Currently developers cannot utilize seated avatar animations like you see in the environments provided by Microsoft.  We are aware of the community interest in having functionality like this and are exploring the best way to bring it to the Mesh Toolkit.
