Currently, when a customer purchases an add-in through the Teams purchase experience, they are redirected to the vendor website for end user license assignment. My understanding is that there is effort underway to update Teams to allow both the purchase and license assignment experiences to occur within the Teams application, with no redirection to the vendor portal for license assignment. Is my understanding correct and do you have an estimate of when this feature will be generally available? If the customer experience is about to change, it makes sense for us to delay our release so that all of our customers will use the same consistent purchase and license assignment experience.
