Q: Can the Azure Sponsorship benefit from ISV Success be passed through to a customer for use on their tenant?
A: No. Azure Sponsorships granted through Core or Expanded packages are meant to deter costs associated with developing and publishing a new application to Microsoft commercial marketplace. ISVs that publish transactable applications can qualify for Azure Sponsorship through Marketplace Rewards that can be used in customer tenants to support deployments and proof of concepts.
