ISV Success FAQ: Azure Sponsorship credits are in account, but no subscriptions are active


Q: I can see the Azure Sponsorship credits (as part of the ISV Success benefits package) in my account but it's notifying 0 subscriptions active. 


A: If you see the $5k sponsorship, but no active accounts, that would be an Azure billing support ticket. Please submit a ticket here: Microsoft Azure Support Ticket | Microsoft Azure
