Q: I'm an ISV who wants to publish a private offer to a customer who is using Azure in CSP. How is this supposed to work? Am I able to make a private offer directly to a CSP customer?
A: If the customer is a CSP customer, they should purchase the private offer from their CSP who received the private offer from the ISV. (If the CSP is an Indirect Reseller, the CSP should be purchasing from their Indirect Provider who receives the private offer from the ISV).
