Microsoft Teams has become our gateway to information and collaboration. It can provide targeted information from the CEO to the Frontline Workers on a global scale. As organizations shift into more hybrid work scenarios for a large portion of their teams, they continue to look for opportunities to improve processes and better engage employees across the spectrum.
