We have come a long way on ensuring that information workers have access to all the right tools and resources to help grow our organizations and now is the time to continue with that momentum to supply all the same great capabilities to our Frontline teammates. Microsoft Teams has become our gateway to information and collaboration. It can provide targeted information from the CEO to the Frontline Workers on a global scale. As organizations shift into more hybrid work scenarios for a large portion of their teams, they continue to look for opportunities to improve processes and better engage employees across the spectrum.

We want to take a more focused look at how Manufacturing organizations can begin to transform their Frontline teams with a number of advancements from employee experiences to learning to managing tasks and shifts and for getting work done via custom solutions all of which can reside in the common interface of Teams. A one stop shop makes everything easy to find and use.

Throughout the course of this year, we will highlight key capabilities of the Teams platform with a Manufacturing focus. Be sure to come back and check out new articles as they are published.
