We have come a long way on ensuring that information workers have access to all the right tools and resources to help grow our organizations and now is the time to continue with that momentum to supply all the same great capabilities to our Frontline teammates. Microsoft Teams has become our gateway to information and collaboration. It can provide targeted information from the CEO to the Frontline Workers on a global scale. As organizations shift into more hybrid work scenarios for a large portion of their teams, they continue to look for opportunities to improve processes and better engage employees across the spectrum.
We want to take a more focused look at how Manufacturing organizations can begin to transform their Frontline teams with a number of advancements from employee experiences to learning to managing tasks and shifts and for getting work done via custom solutions all of which can reside in the common interface of Teams. A one stop shop makes everything easy to find and use.

The number of resources and information available to workforces continues to grow on a monumental scale as do the needs and desires of employees. To help retain and attract talent Microsoft is focusing on employee experiences and improved communication to ensure employees have access to the right tools and news at the right time and to also provide a method for them to upskill on their time or as assigned by the organization.
With the amount of resource and information flowing through our digital tools it is even more paramount to ensure we have the appropriate security controls.
Frontline workers may have multiple things to do outside of their normal operation tasks. Checking their next shift, requesting time off, completing assigned tasks, working with custom applications to do their job. What if we could pull all of those into one app to get work done. Less training, easy insights, automation, etc.
Microsoft Teams is a platform with over 1000 apps in the app store and growing. That means apps that you may use today could already have integrations and are therefore could help you achieve some quick ROI to implement for your employees. Some that are top of mind.
Teams has a lot to offer and will continue to expand its capabilities. It already reaches more than 250 million monthly users (July 2021).
