Lost administrator account two-step authentication

I turned on two-step authentication for organization administrator account,

but I lost my phone last week..

Now I can reset the account password by sending verification code to my email.

Do I have any way to get this administrator account back?

I just have this account as organization administrator.
This organization subscribed from another Microsoft account.

Solved.

I called to Microsoft China support center, report my question.

They confirmed my information, then reset the 2-factor.
