Setup Organisation for MS Teams

Struggling to set up small school to use MS Teams - I am at a loss as I do not have vast amount of tech knowledge.  I need to present the educators with a plan on Tuesday.  I need assistance please if anyone out there is willing to help I would be so grateful.
