I use "Visual Studio express 2017" on Windows 10(1909).
When "visual studio express 2017" is started and "ToolBox" on the left side of the screen is clicked, an error is displayed.
Please tell me the cause of this phenomenon and the solution.
And, my "Visual Studio express 2017" is the latest version(15.9.25).
