Im trying to look for someone who can help me on my issue on registering on the AZ-103 exam. I have attended the Ignite tour in Dubai and personally attended many different sessions on the event and even got my free T-shirt. However, upon registering on the AZ-103 exam, my error always appears as "The account you are using is ineligible for the discount because your event profile indicated you were a government or public sector employee", which I'm not. I'm currently working at a private firm in Dubai. I have done registering on some forums and was asked for details of the registration but still no one can fix the issue. I'm wondering who can help me on this. Thanks

Help is very hard to reach in regards to MS certifications unfortunately.  Best bet is to post on this forum > https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum?sort=LastReplyDate&dir=Desc&tab=All&status=all... 

If not, try to contact Pearson Vue directly as it's eaier to speak with someone there!
