Starting February 1, the Microsoft Tech Community will be discussing IT Organizational Transformation. We wanted the community to share their observations, perspectives and predictions for IT Organizations and their transformation. In our research of small businesses and enterprises, we found organizations who have moved to the cloud have transformed their organizational structures, and three common structures emerged.
