I have the Azure Precept connected to a Verizon Jetpack and i am running the object recognition demo and streaming the video to my laptop. The object detection is running on the Precept and the video stream should only be local but i am using up more then 20gb of cellular data in a few hours. What is happening? Why is so much data going out over the cellular connection? Also after i reached my 50gb limit the data seemed to be throttled and the video stream started to freeze up. It acted like the video stream was going over the cellular connection and being throttled.
