New ILT course releases for Dynamics 365
As we continue to expand our Microsoft Dynamics portfolio to align with the evolving job market, Microsoft aims to enable the customization of longer-duration courses to better meet the needs of our learners.
As we continue to expand our Microsoft Dynamics portfolio to align with the evolving job market, Microsoft aims to enable the customization of longer-duration courses to better meet the needs of our learners.
As planned on November 29th, 2024, we will be retiring the following Microsoft Dynamics courses and their associated credentials:
- MB-210T01: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (2 days)
- MB-220T00: Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (4 days)
- MB-260T00: Microsoft Customer Insights - Data Specialty (4 days)
The three retiring courses, totaling a duration of 12 days, include multiple certifications and exams, making it challenging for Learners to acquire all the necessary certifications for various Dynamics 365 roles.
We are excited to introduce a new Instructor-Led Training (ILT) offering designed to enhance our Learners' core skills in a way that best fits their learning journey. Our new course releases, MB-280, Launching for ILT on October 28th, 2024, will be divided into four distinct course offerings, rather than a single five-day course. Each course supports essential skills for Dynamics 365 roles.
For Learners seeking the certification or aiming to pass the MB-280 exam, all four courses should be taken. However, if a Learner wishes to explore specific skills provided in any of the courses, our Partners can offer flexible ILT course options to accommodate their learning needs.
Newly enhanced Trainer materials will be available for download, providing curriculum information to help Partners and Trainers personalize and deliver their ILT offerings for learners.
Below is a brief overview of each course to help you plan how to leverage them for optimal class delivery:
- MB-280T01: Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Model-Driven Apps (1 day): This course introduces model-driven app configuration within the Customer Experience suite, preparing Learners with the necessary skills to build a Customer Experience solution.
- MB-280T02: Empower Sellers with Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Copilot for Sales (2 days): This course covers Dynamics 365 Sales, including lead and opportunity management, product catalog organization, sales order processing, and key features of Microsoft Copilot for Sales.
- MB-280T03: Design and Deliver Powerful Customer Experiences with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (1 day): This course teaches Learners how to use Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to understand and target customers, create unified customer profiles, and build impactful marketing assets.
- MB-280T04: Configure a Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Solution (1 day): This applied workshop allows students to apply their learnings in a real-world challenge, configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights model-driven apps to create a full Customer Experience solution.
