I am working with a partner where the customer has three AD Forests synchronizing to single AAD tenant.
The requirement is to add a manager attribute of synchronised user in AAD from Forest A with a user synchronised from Forest B
We know, it is not possible to modify user attributes in AAD when synchronised from on-prem AD Forest.
In our scenario, customer has rule in AADConnect to block manager attribute.
So, customer is asking, can we modify manager attribute of synched user in AAD through any means?
This is required so that they have organization structure where users and managers are from different individual forest.
Can you provide required guidance here?
