Hi,
I am having issues with my MS authenticator app, it does not send the code to my cell number even when i used different number when i add it in my 365 account on security, i would like to add my work account, and as i scan the QR code it says "
unable to add account: please verify that the activation code is correct and push notification are enable on this device for this app"

Are you able to access AAD? You can revoke MFA sessions and Require re-register MFA under AAD > Users
