Hey All,
We are a CSP and a tech support company. We access clients tennants via CSP portal and logging into their global admin account. We enable MFA on our global admin account on the clients tenants which is setup to ring our office phones for approval however tech's out and about cannot approval the MFA without contacting the office. Does anyone have any recommendations\suggestions on a better way of working with MFA on the global admin account?
