MFA et microsoft 365

I changed my phone and I couldn't get all my microsoft authentificator codes back (plus I hadn't activated the icloud backup...).

The result is that I can no longer access my Microsoft 365 account, of which I am an administrator (I am a small business owner), nor any other Internet accounts.

How can I temporarily deactivate the MFA and then activate the MFA with SMS instead?

If you have another admin account you can use, login with it and disable MFA. If not, you'll need to contact support and work with them to regain access: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support?view=o365-worldwide#phone-sup...

A real nightmare to get commercial support in France: more than an hour waiting and nobody answers...

After a chat with the technical support, they passed on my problem to the sales department, which has to call me back...
