How to leave other organization without having access to it?

Hello,

When you go to your own account settings: 
h t t p s : //myaccount.microsoft.com/organizations

You have the following view:

In case you have a guest account on another organization (listed on bottom) and you would like to  leave it. Does anybody know if admin can do this on behalf of user? Or is there other options available than this page?

The problem is, if the connection to that tenant has been blocked users seems to be unable to leave it:

AADSTS500212: The user's administrator has set an outbound access policy that does not allow access to the resource tenant.

Interesting, let me try pinging few folks to see what's the expected behavior/workaround here.
