How accurate is the User CSV export column: LastPasswordChangeTimestamp ?

Hello. I exported all users from our tenant and am curious how accurate the LastPasswordChangeTimestamp field is. When I search how to check for password changes, all I see are instructions for PowerShell, not the simple export from the O365 Admin > Users page. I don't want to raise any alarms if this column isn't accurate.

Both the export from the portal and the PowerShell cmdlet should give you the same value. Are you seeing different?

I didn't run PowerShell on the environment so I can't verify. I was hoping that wasn't necessary and I could trust the export.
