Hi
We have Sharepoint document library with a number of files in there, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jpg, movi etc.. and on a number of these files (so not just Office documents) we want to stop the user from being able to Share or Email the documents outside of the company
Anyone know if it possible to do this? we have E3 and E5 license

You can turn off external sharing for the entire site collection, if that's not an option, you should look into protecting the files via AIP or enable DLP policies to prevent sharing of sensitive content.
