Remote working tool to measure productivity

Copper Contributor
Hi,
Does anyone know a solution to measure the productivity of teleworking users? Microsoft workplace analytics, timedoctor? ..
Thanks

Can I ask how you measure productivity for staff who are in the office?
Managing remote workers is less about reporting on their activities and more about tracking results/progress. The most effective method to do that depends on what type of work they do. Possible tools for work progress tracking include Planner, or an Azure DevOps board with work items, or whatever other current system you track work in.

Workplace analytics will give you insights into collaboration and communication activities. But you can do a whole lot of collaboration and still not be very productive!
