This is a video series explaining different aspects of a COVID-19 specific Healthcare Bot solution.
In Part 1 of this series, we discussed quick overview of Healthcare Bot service, genesis of COVID-19 templates and next steps to deploy. In Part 2, we discussed how to configure a Microsoft Healthcare bot instance and embed in web page. In Part 3, we discussed enhancing Microsoft COVID-19 Healthcare Bot with the CDC approved FAQ list. In part 4, we took a quick tour of the Health Bot Admin Portal common settings and configuration.
In this part, we examine the Health Bot reference architecture. This arch. is in fact the result of the solution which Microsoft implemented for one of the largest Healthcare Providers in the pacific north west region.
