Hi @Mike Gannotti, Mike, Dave, Susan. We are developing our own Core Model Bot, with one "IT Support" declinaison, integrated in Teams. For one customer, we've developed our own Service Now connector, with severall functionnalities : 

- Ticket management

- SN workflow discovery and execution by our bot (in Teams)

- SN KB crawling and capabilities to finf the best result for a question, using NLP et semantic analysis

- Outage management

- Bot to human management

- ...

Does Microsoft (or Microsoft Customers) may be interested with ? It's a commercial product of course, but we can program a demo or just talk about it ?

We've developed the same kind of connector for GLPI, by the way.
