When can we use Archive Tier for blob storage on GCC-High?

We need a secure blob storage target for long term retention data. (7 year and 30 year)

I would only put this data in to our Azure tenant at the Archive tier but I'm told that it's not available for GCC-High yet.

Depending on the number of users and licensing you have, you may not need to move data outside of O365 for long term retention. For example with O365 E3 each user has 100GB of storage per mailbox with virtually unlimited Archive storage. and for SPO and Teams you have an initial allocation of 1TB + 10B per user (pooled at the tenant level)
