Share Useful Links across the organization

We need to share links with all users in the organization, for example links to Microsoft training. What would be the best way to do it from within Teams?

We have 10,000+ GCCH users, so org-wide teams are not an option.

@Rima Reyes sorry, I don't see a website tab option on GCCH. Is there a setting to enable it?
