working with 2 computers . Can I send and receive outlook e mails on 2 computers?

Copper Contributor

I bought a new computer from PC world. It sits in my office in an adjacent building. . I have set it up to send and receive emails through outlook. I use my old laptop in the main house ( same site) to work while we are closed. I cant receive e mails on my new Pavillion computer. Can I run them both to collect all e mails?

Yes, you can.
If you use Office 365 then the connection to Exchange would allow the cloud mailbox to be accessed from both machines where Outlook is installed. If you use a different email hoster, then you need to configure your mailbox with the IMAP protocol, which essentially keeps the emails in the hosting service and Outlook can access them from both machines.
