We are trying to get non profit benefit of azure credits but we run a problem when trying to log on to NonProfit Page.
We go through this page Nonprofit offers (microsoft.com) and we log in with our Globa Admin Account in our tenant. After login, the following error appears. We´ve already contact through support page but no answer yet.

We cannot allow you to proceed at this time. Please contact support and reference message code 920-123190 and transaction 6164516b-531e-4d12-a846-1cfdefa3a687.

The product team determined the support case was initially misrouted and they have corrected that. A support representative should be reaching out to you in the next few days once someone is assigned to your case.

The issue was previously solved by support. They were able to help me get it setup and working. They had to change something on their end, and then it worked for me.
