Copper Contributor

We are trying to get non profit benefit of azure credits but we run a problem when trying to log on to NonProfit Page.

We go through this page Nonprofit offers (microsoft.com) and we log in with our Globa Admin Account in our tenant. After login, the following error appears.  We´ve already contact through support page but no answer yet.

Hey @RodrigoEMA,

I'm sending you a private message to request additional information from you. Please check your messages.

Thanks,

Hey @RodrigoEMA

Since you created your support case on 4/8, they should be reaching out to you soon to follow up with you. If you don't hear from them by the end of the week, please let us know.

Thanks,

Meenah, could you help me too. Im having the exact same error trying to enroll our Nonprofit charity into the Azure cloud benefit. Specifically, when I try to navigate back to the page to check on the status of the submission I get the following error. It appears its happening when trying to log in. I had contacted the Microsoft 365 tech support via chat. If there is a known solution, it may help resolve this. I also wanted to post here, because the problem appears to be bigger than just one event for one person.

Hello @Daniel_Williams-Solve

Thanks for your question!

Did you speak to a support representative already and get a case number? If so, please send me a private message with your support case number if you're still waiting for support to follow up with you.

Thanks,

Hey @Daniel_Williams-Solve,

Thank you for sending me your support case number. I've forwarded it to the product team for further investigation.

I will follow up with you soon once I have an update from them.

Thanks,

Hello @Daniel_Williams-Solve

The product team determined the support case was initially misrouted and they have corrected that. A support representative should be reaching out to you in the next few days once someone is assigned to your case.

Thank you,

I also face same issue

Hi MeenahKhosraw,

I have faced same issue. Could you help me how to solve it please?

Buyantogtokh Baatarchuluun

Hello @Buyantotokh

Are you receiving the same error message/code as the original post? If not, can you share a screenshot of the error or the text of the error message?

Thanks,

@Buyantotokh

Apologies, it looks like your initial response was auto-marked as spam. Thanks for providing the error message you're receiving.

Have you reached out to support yet to create a case? If not, you will need to do that first and work with a support representative: Nonprofit - Contact Us

Thank you,

@MeenahKhosraw

When I am trying to sign in hub, it returns the below error. My email is email address removed for privacy reasons

@Buyantotokh,

Are you able to access the Nonprofit Support link I provided without logging into your account? You will need to create a support ticket before anyone can assist you.

Thanks,

Yes. I have submitted. Request ID: 2405310040000156.

Also, I created ticket ten days ago. It's id is 2405210040002782

Hello @Buyantotokh

Thank you for providing the support case information.

I have raised your issue to the appropriate team and will provide an update once it becomes available.

Thanks,

@Buyantotokh,

Since I escalated the issue, support has tried reaching out to you to resolve your issue. Please work with the support agent assigned to your case going forward.

Thanks,

The issue was previously solved by support. They were able to help me get it setup and working. They had to change something on their end, and then it worked for me.

I believe the issue can be closed as its working for me now.

@Daniel_Williams-Solve

Thank you for letting us know your issue has been resolved. I'm glad to hear it! 🙂

Thanks,
