FSLogix Apps Rule Editor - Unable to retrieve SID for specified AD object

Hello,

I want to use FSLogix Apps Rule Editor to apply rules based on AD user and/or group objects.

When click the user icon in a rule then go > add, I can indeed browse/search AD (upon providing domain admin credentials) and select the user/group object. 

However, when clicking the 'Ok' button to add the selected user/group, I get greeted by an error message window saying "Unable to retrieve SID for specified AD object".

What am I missing?

@Deleted  If you are running FSLogix Apps Rule Editor logged in under a local administrator account this will throw up this error. Try running FSLogix Apps Rule Editor "Run as a different user" and using your domain account to run FSLogix Apps Rule Editor.
