Acquired Unlock lock for user

Hi All,

We are running the latest version of FSlogix, 2.9.8440.42104, in AVD. We also run a click once application, developed in house, that's critical to the organization. This application get installed into the user's profile so if we experience any problems with the user profile the application ceases to operate.

 

This application is also used by many of our customers (30+) and, as far as we can tell, we're the only ones affected by this problem. Many of our customers would be straight on to us if they had these issues but everything is fine for them. We're also the only ones running this application in conjunction with FSLogix.

 

We're getting intermittent problems lately where the application is crashing for users, but out of over 200 users who would be using it at any given time, it happens very sporadically and to only a few users at any moment, and not the same users.

When digging through the logs, I found this right before the application crashed for the users. I've not been able to find exactly what this process is doing but it seems to be unlocking the user's profile. 

Can anyone explain why, in the middle of a session, FSlogix appears to be removing the lock on the users profile? It didn't even do it for all users logged in the the AVD session host, just these three.
