How might we take a call and transfer it to the Auto Attendant or Call Queue? If we forward to a Call Queue it expands the DL and creates a conference bridge.
Maybe this is a feature request?

Let's say I take a call, and I need to transfer the call back to the auto attendant or to a special queue. For example, someone calls me and asks for technical support, I could put the call on hold and to a transfer (consultative/warm, cold) to the queue or ACD so someone in that group would pick up that is available.
If the queue or acd was a member in the directory, I could just transfer the call just like it's an individual person.
Does that make sense?

Is this being acted on as it is a standard feature in every phone system I have owned for the last 25 years?
