Is it not possible to utilize this offer if a free Trial has been already utilized?

It's one trial per customer per account. Terms and conditions are posted both on IT Pro Cloud Essentials and the Azure FAQ page.  Thanks.

What I want to know is this.

1. I used Azure Trial ($200 offer) and start the azure subscription.

2. After one months time the trial is expired and then I added a new (not converting the existing Trial) Pay as you Go Subscription.

Under the above condition Am I not able to add IT Pro Cloud Essentials subscription?

Guess what..... I ran into trouble so that's why I asked the question.

Opened a support ticket and its over 7 days now and MS support has not clue or not helpful at all.  Basically what they are saying is that since I used the Trial sub I can not add IT Pro cloud into my existing pay as you go sub.
