Migrating from Box to OneDrive via FastTrack

I am new in a Migration project, I appreciate any tips and advice that help me to successfully lunch the project. However, here is the scenario, We have Box as primary could storage and we are planning to move to OneDrive. we have been recommended to use fasttrack, I been reading a lot of articles and watching some videos on youtube, still not clear where to start. does anyone already done the process? if yes. did you run to any issues or roadblock I should watch out for it?  any info much appreciate it

@KavanMavati Haven't used fast track but definitely communication with users consistently and constantly. 

- Build Excitement

- Communicate Benefits

- Resources for Training easily accessible

- Use O365 throughout the process to get the team use to seeing the resource
