One of the users in our organization sent an email to another internal user. When he tried to recall that message, he received recall failure from a Gmail address which is recipient's personal Gmail ID.
We've checked the below
- No email forwarding is present on user's account.(Not in Outlook or serverside)
- No audit logs related to recent forwarding creation.
- No events in message trace including extended trace related to forwarding.
Am I missing something? Please help.
