User Email Limit

Hi Experts,

I have a problem with a one user . I am using Exchange hybrid mode. I have set on my prem Exchange users can send 10 persons email. Now one of my user i migrated to M365 their limit is 500 to send users, But after migration still my user can send email to 10 people only. please guide me how i can resolve this issue. AD is also on my prem and using microsoft AD sync with Azure.

Once the mailbox is moved to ExO, the cloud limit should apply. Check the value and configure it as needed, instructions here:

@Vasil Michev  Its already set 500 but user can send only persons email on prem Exchange. If user send email out side org then fine but on prem exchange only he can send 10 persons.
