Unable to see "open another mailbox" option in New exchange admin

Hi, I was(as a admin) using "open another mailbox" option in New Exchange Admin to view others mailbox rules. but i don't find that option now. is it retired by Microsoft?

It was there few days ago, looks like they removed it now. You should still be able to access it via the old /ecp URL and providing the user's email address, i.e.: https://outlook.office.com/ecp/email address removed for privacy reasons
