Unable to create office 365

Hello, I'm a GA in my tenant 

As you can see i don't the button to create connectors 

i've checked the permissions and it seems ok
can you give any guide or hint how to solve this ?

Make sure you're added to the Remote and Accepted Domains role, the screenshot doesn't show it.

Yes i do, also added myself now to organization management directly
