Hi, Is there a delay in actioning the unblocking of a Sender if it gets automatically blocked for suspicious mail delivery patterns (EAC>Protection>Outbound Spam) ?
We had a user today where the mailbox was automatically blocked from sending externally as he sent a message (with no subject) to a huge list of external recipient and this triggered the auto block.
The account was unblocked a few hours ago but it has not taken effect. I have tried looking this up but could find no answers so thought some guys here might know.
Best open a support case, we can only advise you to wait until it's unblocked...
