Sales Persons Microsoft Exchange Online

I am IT admin for company, and have to signup for the Exchange Online solution, but I want to ask question from the sale representative. I have fill the contact us form last week but no one came back, nor anybody responding the the other ways.


Company is interest for only basic plan with applications. 

So is there any body official to help?
 My question are?

- Should I have to pay for the accounts selected at signup for the full year or monthly?

- What about payments, if I have to add or remove accounts after the upfront payment?

- Will it cost for forwarding accounts?

- What is cost of migrating official domain on exchange online?

- How I can get discount?

- How I can connect Azure Active Directory with Exchange online?

- Is backup and high availability support provided by Exchange online?
