Report on Distribution Lists

Hello All,

I am looking for some help regarding reporting and distribution lists.  

I need to view which DL's are able to receive emails from external domains.

Some distribution lists have email flows rules which only permit some domains. For each of those that are opened externally, I would like to see if there's any restrictions in place.

Is there a report that can produce this or will it require scripting ?

There is no default report for this.
You will have to use PowerShell Scripting to get the details of the Transport Rules and DL properties.
