There's been lots of fuss and bother in the IT press about Microsoft's announcement that Exchange Online can suppress email "reply-all" storms. What's forgotten is that this technique is only valuable to large tenants where messages go to large distributions (more than 5,000 recipients) and that other methods exist to stop people doing stupid things with email. And it's unlikely that reply-all suppression will come to Exchange on-premises too...
