i have configured outlook 2016 to connect with exchange server 2016, the client have access to other BALs, the problem is that the client access sometimes and sometimes make time to etablish connection with server
there are a message code 0X80040115 when the client can't access to the server
the same user have access with no problem with outlook 2013 client in another computer
can you help me to resolve the problem
