hello, i recently purchased new pc and added microsoft 365 personal subscription couldn't set up me email accounts from the start but managed after 10 days finally my email are set up however there is no connection with exchange as i can't receive nor send any emails, i have contacted the server and escalated the issue and don't seem to have any issue from their end as they managed to set up my email credentials on their outlook and worked just fine also would like to add that my outlook is working fine on my I phone and mac book and also on the i pad just the PC is not preforming
