What needs to be done to operate Outlook Web App (OWA) On-Premise without cloud integration?

When I use OWA On-Premise Microsoft Edge reports errors on the developer console (Hotkey [F12]):
"Refused to load the stylesheet 'https://appsforoffice.microsoft.com/lib/1/hosted/office.js' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "default-src 'self' data: 'unsafe-inline'". Note that 'style-src-elem' was not explicitly set, so 'default-src' is used as a fallback.
