Outlook suggests already booked rooms and shows them as "available"

Hello

In an O365 hybrid environment, while creating new meetings, using the outlook scheduling assistant, it suggests rooms that are busy, it displays them as free. Same in OWA. Why? How can I resolve this?

so in OWA it works ok, for now it is enaugh for the user
