Have on prem exchange 2016 cu18 with 14 database(different customer) and 1DAG have enabled mapi over http for entire organization and only 2 customers reporting slowness and outlook freezing. Rest of them no complaints. Does mapi over http uses direct internet bandwidth compared to rpc? Or what direction should look for? Outlook client version varies from 2010 to 2016, o365, m365 with( n-1 build)
