Outlook can't open SharedMailbox Inbox

I've got a problem with the visualization of a folder inside a SharedMailbox

The customer have an infrastracture with two Exchange 2016 and a DAG configured

The issue is experienced only by one user, even if the Shared is used by a couple more

Using Outlook the user can't view the e-mail inside the Inbox folder, he can see that there's e-mail "not-read" inside of it and can see any other folder inside the Shared (Sent-Deleted-Junk ...), also if he try using OWA he can see the folder correctly.

We tried changing profile, resetting permission, changing computer but without success

I think that there's some kind of misconfiguration on the MAPI side but I don't know how to check that part
