Hello,
I have Exchange Hybrid deployment. "User A" is migrated to the cloud. "User A's" actual mailbox size on exchange online is 80GB. I want to configure outlook cache mode ALL and when I do it the OST file of "User A" grows 190GB and outlook stops working. "User A" has not auto-mapped shared mailbox and the office version is 2019.
I tried:
1. Registry key "MaxLargeFileSize" 500GB - no luck
2. Uncheck "Download shared folders" in account settings - no luck
What could be the reason for the OST file growing to 190GB?
