Non Delivery Receipt to sender

Copper Contributor

Hi guys (& girls ?)

I am currently implementing a DLP rule, to reject all incoming mails containing financial information.

This rule is OK, however I need to send a Non Delivery Receipt to the sender, only containing the minimal information (custom text), and no technical / generic information.

I guess it is possible, however I don't know how to set it up. As of now, the NDR contains both the custom text and technical details...

Thanks for your help

DLP rules are intended for outbound communications, not for inbound. A transport rule with a custom "Reject message" action might work, so give that a try if you haven't already.

@Vasil Michev

thanks for the answer

actually it's what I tried a few days ago, and yes it works...

however now, the sender receives a both separate messages :

> the first one with only custom text

> the second one will full details...

I become crazy...
