Newbie question Exchange Online

Hi,

I don't manage our Exchange system but wanted to know if there is a way to have custom messages in the email banner area. We have recently implemented a disclaimer option but that appears in the actual message which hasn't gone down well with the users. Ideally if we can show the message in the area highlighted in red than it would be ideal

Any ideas/thoughts would be appreciated.

No, not really. The closest you can get to this are MailTips, but they are intended for the sender, not the recipient: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/mailtips/mailtips
